Open House Vendor Spotlight: Bride's Table

On September 22nd, Camp Lucy is holding an Open House that will not only feature the official debut of our new venue, Sacred Oaks, we will also be host to an amazing line-up of vendors at both venues - our legendary original venue Ian's Chapel and Sacred Oaks. As we excitedly count down the days to the Open House, we're taking the opportunity to feature each of our Open House vendors. Today the sweet and scrumptious Bride's Table is in our spotlight.

We are so lucky to have Bride's Table and owner Chef Casey Rogers right here in Dripping Springs, hand-crafting her beautifully designed, custom cakes on the "creative refuge" of her Dripping Springs ranch. Chef Casey takes on only one or two cakes a weekend so your cake is her focus. She has been a chef for 30 years, and her background in savory food has translated into delicious cake and fresh flavors. An interesting side note - Casey is training to be a Master in the Sugar Arts, a title only 17 other people hold in the United States. Be sure to join us on September 22nd from 2pm - 6pm to meet Chef Casey and see and taste her latest creations! Get all the details on our website here.

Bride's Table cake at Camp Lucy: a white sour creme with triberry filling and white chocolate butter creme icing and over 700 handmade pieces on it. Each flower on the cake was custom made, created over a 6 week period.
