CELEBRATING EARTH DAY (EVERY DAY)

We celebrated Earth Day, like we do every day in our beautiful Texas Hill Country, appreciating the blanket of wildflowers that line Creek Road, and that now cheerfully greet us as we drive through the front gates of Camp Lucy.

Thanks to the rain, and the fantastic work by RVi, the landscaping is coming in beautifully. The environmentally smart, but rich and vibrantly hued, flowers and plants are thriving. The rich red, just in the background of the photo, above, are our "knockout" roses. Developed by Texas A&M in 2000, they received an "Earthkind Rose" designation from the university.
